You understand that we act as an intermediary between you and our clients, and that final hiring decisions are made by our clients, not by us.

You consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, and SMS/text message regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, and related recruiting activities. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

4. RECRUITING SERVICES — CLIENTS

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Forrest Johnson, LLC and the client company. These Terms and Conditions apply to general use of our websites and communications but do not supersede any executed client service agreement.

5. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number to us through any channel — including our websites, email correspondence, or direct communication with our team — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Forrest Johnson Recruiting.
