OUR PROCESS BEGINS WITH GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Our process starts with a short get to know you call. If you decide it makes sense for us to take the conversation further, the next step is a discovery session and assessment of your current recruitment operations. From there, we work with you to develop your talent acquisition strategy and program, i.e. "recruiting machine". After implementation, we provide weekly activity updates on all open positions, meet with your hiring managers on a monthly basis in order to make position-level adjustments, and schedule quarterly talent acquisition reviews in order to discuss relevant measurables and program-level projects.
